Implementasi Program Pola Asuh dan Pendidikan Anak PMI Berbasis PAKEM INDONESIA (Studi Desa Sumbergede Lampung Timur)

Abstract

The large number of PMIs who work abroad has a negative impact, as the parenting pattern for children who are left to work abroad becomes less than optimal. As a result, UPT BP2MI Bandar Lampung offers an alternative solution to these issues in the form of a program called Pandu Families of Indonesian Migrant Workers (Pakem Indonesia). The purpose of this research is to look into the implementation of PMI's Parenting and Child Education Program in Sumbergede Village, East Lampung. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach. The results revealed that the implementation of PMI's Parenting and Child Education Program was less effective due to the program's limited budget. In addition to the limited budget, the lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure in the program implementation process is a barrier.
