Efektivitas Penerapan Aplikasi E-Court dalam Upaya Peningkatan Kualitas Pelayanan Publik (Studi di Pengadilan Negeri Tanjung Karang Kelas 1A)

Abstract

Electronic Case Administration in The Courts to support the realization of a professional, transparent, accountable, effective, efficient, and modern case administration as an effort to reform case administration in court. The E-Court application is an application that allows justice seekers to register per-data cases (for now) both lawsuit and online petition, can make the cash advance of court fees without having to come to court, and even the summons are made electronically. This research purpose to determine the effectiveness of the application of E-Court applications in an effort to improve the quality of public services.The type of research used in this research is descriptive type with a qualitative approach, data collection techniques, observation, interviews, documentation. The results of this resarch indicate that the application of the E-Court application in an effort to improve the quality of public services at the Tanjung Karang Class 1 a District Court has been able to create effectiveness, this can be seen from the implementation of e-court services that realize fast services at low costs to ease the public in registering. the case has been implemented properly and is proven to be able to eradicate relieve services and reduce queuing systems.
