Digitalisasi Sistem Pelayanan Perizinan di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Metro
Abstract
Licensing services are often associated with complex, lengthy procedures that take long, ineffective, and vulnerable to handouts and illegal accusations by specific individuals. These digitisation attempts to change the stigma with service that provides ease, speed, transparency, simple procedures, both time and cost. The study is aimed at finding out how the digital applications of the permit system of the metro entry and one-door service of the metro city administration (DPMPTSP) and the participation of the metro city municipal government are within the dal, as well as the supporting factors and constraints on the application of this system. The study isa qualitative descriptive study studied with two indicators of success in digitisation in the public sector, that is support and value.
The results show that the digital applications of the permission-service system in DPMPTSP metro city using SICANTIK Cloud and OSS RBA applications have been seen to be quite successful with the support that they receive and benefits, as well as the convenience, quick services, simple processes, transparency with processing tracking, effective and cost time and efficiency after the delivery of this system. Contributing factors: good resource allocation, local government support, an extensive Internet network, community understanding, and geogrfis' location. Inhibitors: access constraints, meager quotas to follow systemrelated competencies, and integrated support systems that are not yet fully connected.
