Environment Department of Lampung Province as an environmental management agency has the task of supervising. However, there are still deviations made by Health Sevices Facilities in carrying out its medical waste management activities, even though COVID-19 medical waste if not managed properly will have a bad impact. This study aims to describe and analyze the supervision of the management of COVID-19 medical waste in Health Sevices Facilities by the Lampung Provincial Environment Department and to find out the inhibiting factors. The type of research used is descriptive type with a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The analysis of this research uses the supervisory process theory approach proposed by Handoko, namely the determination of implementation standards, determining the measurement of the implementation of activities, measuring the implementation of real activities, comparing the implementation of activities with standards and analyzing deviations, and taking corrective actions. The results of this study indicate that the supervision of the management of COVID-19 medical waste in F Health Sevices Facilities by the Lampung Provincial Environment Department is quite good, but there is still much that needs to be improved. This new work culture in ASN certainly has positive and negative impacts for both agencies and employees which in turn has an impact on productivity. The application of such a complex work pattern raises several problems, which of course affect the effectiveness of the work system. The motivation of ASN has also been eroded by this pandemic, with actions that are only limited to fulfilling procedures at work. Bureaucracy as a modern organization has five essential elements, one of which is the strategic apex or the peak is full responsibility in running the organization. The purpose of this research is evaluate the results of the implementation of the PTSL program in Adi Jaya Village. The type of research used in this study is a descriptive type of research with a quality approach. Interviews and documentation are data collection techniques used in this study. The results of this study show that the PTSL program in Adi Jaya Village has been carried out well in accordance with six evaluation criteria, namely this program has been effective because the program objectives have been achieved, the services provided have been good, the implementation of the program has been efficient because the budget and program infrastructure have been used optimally. This program is good enough, the community's need for legal certainty has been met, but there are still obstacles when registering for the program, namely the community's ability to meet the requirements. One of the educational units that carry out the National Assessment is SMA Swadhipa Natar, South Lampung Regency, Lampung Province. This study aims to find out the impact of National Assessment policy in Swadhipa Natar High School. This study is a qualitative descriptive study, which is studied using Regulatory Impact Analysis theory with cost and benefit indicators. The results of this study show that the implementation of the National Assessment policy in SMA Swadhipa Natar, South Lampung Regency has positive and negative effects. These positive impacts include, among others, the character of students can be better known, learning methods are more developed, facilities and infrastructure are improved and the level of student stress decreased. While the negative impact is a decrease in students' enthusiasm to learn. This is because the National Assessment is not a requirement and benchmark for graduation or promotion requirements, but for the assessment of educational units. In an effort to achieve measurability of ASN performance, the State Civil Service Agency implements an electronic-based performance assessment (e-performance) with the issuance of Presidential Regulation No. 95 of 2018 concerning electronic-based systems. The performance electronic policy serves to monitor the activities of employees during working hours, whether the employee is carrying out activities or not. This will be known by the inspection team of employee work reports which are carried out every year, every month, every week and even every day.</p> <p>The implementation of e-performance is one of the steps and processes for improving performance for employees within the government of Bandar Lampung City for the better. This e-performance policy is then implemented so that employees are indirectly more responsible for their respective duties and work without having to receive orders from superiors. These digitisation attempts to change the stigma with service that provides ease, speed, transparency, simple procedures, both time and cost. The study is aimed at finding out how the digital applications of the permit system of the metro entry and one-door service of the metro city administration (DPMPTSP) and the participation of the metro city municipal government are within the dal, as well as the supporting factors and constraints on the application of this system. The study isa qualitative descriptive study studied with two indicators of success in digitisation in the public sector, that is support and value.</em></p> <p><em>The results show that the digital applications of the permission-service system in DPMPTSP metro city using SICANTIK Cloud and OSS RBA applications have been seen to be quite successful with the support that they receive and benefits, as well as the convenience, quick services, simple processes, transparency with processing tracking, effective and cost time and efficiency after the delivery of this system. Contributing factors: good resource allocation, local government support, an extensive Internet network, community understanding, and geogrfis' location. This makes Dinas PPPA Lampung and other stakeholders to collaborate in dealing with acts of violence against women and children. This study aims to describe and analyze collaboration between stakeholders in handling acts of violence against women and children in Lampung Province. The type of research used in this research is descriptive through a qualitative method approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the collaboration process has not run optimally. There is no domination between stakeholders, there has been mutual trust between stakeholders, and access to information between institutions and public information has been carried out by using digital platforms. However, the commitment between stakeholders has not been seen, membership limits are not clear, there is no integrated SOP, lack of responsibility and responsibility from law enforcement officials, and there are still limited access to budget resources, facilities and infrastructure and human resources.
