Abstract

Each region has its own potential, an increase in regional original income and can increase regional financial capacity, but if there is a decline it will cause economic instability Therefore, it is necessary to take advantage of local revenue sources, one of which is through tourism as described in Regulation the Bandar Lampung CityNo. 03 of 2017 article 3 which contains that the regulation of tourism is intended for tourism development as an effort to increase local revenue. This study aims to determine the strategy of the Regional Tax and Levy Management Agency of Bandar Lampung City in increasing regional Original Income through Puncak Mas Tourism Object and identifying the supporting and inhibiting factors. The method used is qualitative with SWOT analysis tools and descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be identified the factors, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats as outlined in the SWOT matrix. There are six BPPRD strategies that play a role in increasing PAD through Puncak Mas Tourism Object, namely: 1. Running the Tax Intensification Program, 2. Conducting Taxpayer Data Collection, 3. Increasing Taxpayer Counseling, 4. Increase cooperation with the business world. 5. innovate between the service and the private sector to form new programs, 6. Optimizing tax collection, 7. Increasing supervision of tax targets, 8. Reducing or discounting tax collection
