Abstract

One way to improve the quality of public services is to change the service system from an offline system to an online system. The offline system, which is preoccupied with fulfilling the requirements for visits to related agencies or agencies and there is no certainty of time, is converted into a system that prioritizes the use of internet technology that can be used anytime and anywhere. One-Stop Integrated Services within the local government and central government to be more efficient, serving, and modern. The most significant effort is the issuance of PP Number 24 of 2018 concerning Integrated Electronic Business Licensing Services Online Single Submission-OSS. This study aims to obtain an overview of the implementation of OSS in Business Licensing Services at DPMPTSP Lampung Province and the supporting and inhibiting factors. In this study, the type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study using the success model of management information systems according to DeLone & McLean that the application of OSS in business licensing services at DMPTSP Lampung Province related to information systems can help make it easier for business actors to register their business licenses. However, the obstacle in using OSS is the quality of the internet network which is very influential in running an information system.
