Abstract

Economic empowerment of the community by instilling social values is very important to develop in order to improve the welfare and standard of living of the community which was originally not good for the better. The application of good governance instruments in the implementation of the mruput week is very important in supporting the success of empowerment programs and the achievement of good governance, by combining the interrelationships of three main pillars, namely government, corporations and society. measured by the theory of participation in the form of non-physical participation and physical participation, and is a qualitative research. The data collection technique in this study was through interviews, observations, and documentation with data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive in the form of words, pictures, and not numbers. The results of this study are useful as information for organizations to assess and improve the performance of civil society and government in the future.
