Abstract

Land has its own role to build the welfare and prosperity of the community nationally, in order to build national welfare it does not always have a positive impact, it can also have a negative impact, even land conflicts that often occur in the field which lead to public reports to the Ombudsman as an authorized institution in solving public service problems.

The problem in this research is the increase in public reports with land problems at the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia Representative of the Province of Lampung which is classified as a medium classification report. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the completion of land reports at the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia Representative of the Province of Lampung. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation and documentation which were reviewed with indicators of effectiveness from Richard M Steers consisting of productivity, adaptability, job satisfaction and resource seeking.

Representatives of the Lampung Province have been effective, the Ombudsman's productivity indicators can solve land problems in a timely manner, and according to the stages in the Ombudsman Regulation. On the indicator of adaptability, the Lampung Ombudsman is able to adapt to regulations that continue to develop related to public service problems, able to adapt from the head of the representative to fellow assistants, able to adapt to the existence of Work From Home and able to adapt to the socio-political environment around him. On the job satisfaction indicator, the Lampung Ombudsman is satisfied that he has resolved community problems in accordance with the tasks and responsibilities that have been given, and the community is satisfied with the reports that the Lampung Ombudsman has assisted in completing. In terms of resource search indicators, the assistants at the ombudsman are competent assistants, who have received training, in terms of the number of assistants that have met but still need more assistants due to the large number of community reports that must be completed
