Abstract

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a sustainable development agenda. Sustainable tourism is tourism that takes full account of the current and future economic, social and environmental impacts, taking into account the needs of visitors, industry, the environment and the surrounding community (UNWTO, 2013, p. 15). One of the beach tourism destinations in Bandar Lampung City is Duta Wisata beach which is located in Teluk Betung Timur District. The purpose of this study is to determine the form of participation between actors in the development and management of sustainable tourism, especially in maintaining marine ecosystems and land ecosystems and to find out the efforts made by tourism industry players, City Tourism Offices, communities, academics, and the media in realizing development and management. sustainable tourism based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in particular protecting marine ecosystems and land ecosystems. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research, with a phenomenological approach. The result of this research is that there is not yet a full collaboration that is able to connect elements of business, government, community, academics, media so that the realization of Tourism Based on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) About Marine Ecosystems and Land Ecosystems on Duta Wisata Beach. Tourism development based on sustainable development goals regarding maintaining marine and land ecosystems requires attention and commitment from all actors, especially local governments, namely collaboration between actors, between sectors and between lines in a sustainable and integrated manner. This can be realized if local governments and stakeholders carry out policies and roles consistently and are contained in regional programs and activities through sustainable tourism strategies.
