The analysis uses the Van Meter and Van Horn policy implementation model, which includes six key variables: policy standards and objectives, resources, inter-organizational communication, characteristics of implementing agents, external environment, and the disposition of implementers. The findings indicate that the policy implementation has not been optimal. Major obstacles include limited human and financial resources, weak inter-agency coordination, uncertified assets, and passive attitudes of implementers. To address these challenges, it is recommended to improve HR capacity and budget allocation, strengthen inter-agency coordination, and accelerate the certification of land assets.
2025-06-27T19:57:44+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##http://administrativa.fisip.unila.ac.id/index.php/1/article/view/320Efektivitas Kinerja BAN-PDM Pasca Restrukturisasi Organisasi: Studi Penggabungan BAN-PAUD dan BAN-SM di Provinsi Lampung2025-06-27T21:58:56+00:00Kurnia Andi Saputraandi49417@gmail.comIta Prihantikaita.prihantika@fisip.unila.ac.id
Organizational structure change is an important strategy to improve work effectiveness and efficiency, including in the education sector. This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational restructuring on the effectiveness of the National Accreditation Board for Early Childhood, Primary and Secondary Education (BAN-PDM) of Lampung Province in carrying out its duties and functions. The method used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach, and the sampling technique used is saturation sampling because the population is small, namely 17 members and staff of BAN-PDM. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using validity tests, reliability, descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and simple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that organizational restructuring has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of BAN-PDM performance, which includes changes in structure, technology, and human resources after the merger of BAN-PAUD and BAN-SM. This study emphasizes the importance of effective change management so that organizational effectiveness can continue to be improved.
2025-06-27T20:07:46+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##http://administrativa.fisip.unila.ac.id/index.php/1/article/view/222Comparison of Tourism Governance in Tanggamus Regency (Study on Way Lalaan Waterfall and Bukit Idaman Tourism Destinations)2025-06-27T21:58:56+00:00Diana Saputrisaputridiana99@gmail.comDian Kagungandian.kagungan@fisip.unila.ac.idDodi Faedlullohdodi.faedlulloh@fisip.unila.ac.id
The issueiof tourismigovernance in touristiattractions in Tanggamus Regency still needsimore attention.
