Employing a quantitative approach with a comparative method, the study involved 73 respondents, consisting of 40 members from KTH Rangai Sejahtera (HKm scheme) and 33 members from LPHD Way Kalam (HD scheme), selected through simple random sampling. The research variable focuses on sustainable development, measured using the Sustainable Livelihoods Framework (SLF). Data were analyzed using the non-parametric Mann-Whitney U-Test, which revealed a statistically significant difference in sustainable development outcomes between the two forestry schemes in terms of their contribution to community welfare. KTH Rangai Sejahtera is characterized by nutmeg (Myristica fragrans) as its primary commodity, cultivated extensively across most managed lands and processed into various derivative products. One of them is the Tanjung Batu District Head Office. The results of the author's initial observations at the Tanjung Batu District Head Office showed that the implementation of this administrative service was not in accordance with the expected goals. In this case the administrative unit must always be ready to provide accurate information services in solving administrative problems in general. To be able to carry out this administrative service task, employees who work in the administrative unit are not only supported by the willingness and work factor, but also must be equipped with special skills in the field of administration.</em> <em>This study uses qualitative methods, qualitative methods are a process of research and understanding based on a methodology that investigates a social phenomenon and human problem. Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja merupakan salah satu perangkat daerah yang bertugas untuk menjaga ketenteraman dan ketertiban umum serta menegakkan peraturan daerah. Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Bandar Lampung dituntut untuk&nbsp;melaksanakan tugas pokok dan fungsinya dalam menciptakan lingkungan Kota Bandar Lampung yang kondusif dengan melaksanaan penertiban pedagang kaki lima. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisis implementasi strategi Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Bandar Lampung sebagai penilaian apakah suatu strategi yang dirumuskan sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik atau belum. Adapun metode yang digunakan peneliti yaitu, metode kualitatif deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh yang kemudian dianalisis, disajikan, serta divalidasi agar menjadi suatu penelitian yang ilmiah. This study aims to analyze the institutional strategies of the Lampung Provincial DPRD in addressing community aspirations regarding road infrastructure in Electoral District 1 of Bandar Lampung City, as well as to identify the main challenges faced. This research employed a qualitative method with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The findings reveal that the DPRD’s institutional strategy is centered on three aspects: organizational structure, authority, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Although the organizational structure is formally established, internal coordination has not been fully synergized, authority has not been strategically utilized to advocate for public demands, and the SOPs for managing aspirations through the E-Pokir system lack transparent evaluation mechanisms. Challenges encountered include weak inter-unit synergy, limited human and technological resources, and low public participation. In this context, the Way Seputih Conservation Foundation (YKWS) has undertaken advocacy efforts related to climate change issues in the region. This study aims to examine the advocacy process carried out by YKWS and to identify various factors that hinder its implementation. A qualitative approach with descriptive analysis was used, employing Rahardian’s (2020) theory as the main analytical framework. The findings indicate that YKWS's advocacy efforts have not been fully optimal. This is due to limited community and media involvement, an overly theoretical approach, insufficient use of digital media, and the absence of evaluation and post-advocacy consolidation. Based on Edward III's (1980) policy implementation theory, the research findings indicate that the implementation of the permitting policy for community activity regulation at Polresta Bandar Lampung is not yet optimal. Only the aspects of disposition and resources show positive results, while the communication aspect, particularly in information transmission, has not been optimal, and fragmentation within the bureaucratic structure has not been addressed. Several hindering factors identified include applicants arriving unexpectedly with incomplete requirements, which prolongs the time needed to complete the necessary documents, as well as unclear or unofficial task assignments. Konflik umumnya muncul akibat perbedaan klaim antara masyarakat yang menganggap kawasan sebagai milik pribadi dan pihak yang telah memperoleh izin resmi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji strategi lembaga pengelola hutan dalam menangani konflik tenurial serta mengidentifikasi faktor penghambat implementasinya. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus dan analisis berbasis teori implementasi strategi Higgins. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang dirumuskan belum diimplementasikan secara optimal karena keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan ketiadaan anggaran khusus untuk penanganan konflik. Youth, as agents of change, have significant potential to contribute to the management of tourism resources; however, they are often marginalized in the decision- making process. Through a qualitative approach and scoping review method, this research identifies the forms and levels of youth participation in tourism governance, as well as the factors that support and hinder their involvement. The findings indicate that youth participation can be categorized into three areas: participation in planning, implementation, and evaluation of tourism programs. Supporting factors such as government policy support, access to information, and the presence of active youth organizations play a crucial role in enhancing participation. Conversely, barriers such as lack of support, cultural stigma, and limited access to resources can diminish youth motivation to engage. Recommended strategies to strengthen the role of youth include the development of relevant educational and training programs, strengthening youth organizations as collaborative platforms, and utilizing technology and social media for tourism promotion. Oleh karena itu BAZNAS Kota Bandar Lampung merupakan lembaga nonstruktural dibentuk oleh pemerintah yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi pelayanan dalam pengelolaan zakat serta meningkatkan zakat untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat salah satunya dalam mengentaskan kemiskinan. BAZNAS Kota Bandar Lampung sebagai lembaga resmi pengelolaan zakat dituntut untuk memiliki kinerja yang optimal guna mewujudkan fungsi sosial-ekonomi zakat secara maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja BAZNAS Kota Bandar Lampung dalam meningkatkan Zakat, Infaq dan Sedekah. Dalam menganalisis kinerja BAZNAS Kota Bandar Lampung, peneliti menggunakan teori kinerja organisasi dari Tangkilisan (2005) yang dapat diukur melalui 5 (lima) indikator diantaranya Produktivitas, Kualitas Layanan, Responsivitas, Responsibilitas dan Akuntabilitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.</p> <p>Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BAZNAS Kota Bandar Lampung dalam mengoptimalkan kinerjanya guna meningkatkan Zakat, Infaq dan Sedekah (ZIS) telah melakukan berbagai upaya dalam mengoptimalkan kinerjanya melalui peningkatan produktivitas, kualitas layanan, responsibilitas, tanggung jawab, dan akuntabilitas. Optimalisasi kinerja BAZNAS Kota Bandar Lampung dalam meningkatkan ZIS dapat tercapai apabila terdapat penguatan kelembagaan serta penguatan sinergi antara pemerintah, masyarakat, dan lembaga terkait. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala dalam optimalisasi kinerja BAZNAS Kota Bandar Lampung dalam meningkatkan ZIS diantaranya kurangnya sumber daya manusia dan kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat terkait zakat dan BAZNAS. The Lampung Animal, Fish, and Plant Quarantine Agency plays a role in preventing illegal wildlife traffic. This study aims to determine how the Collaborative Governance process is carried out to reduce the number of wildlife smuggling in Lampung Province and to identify the obstacles faced. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The Ansell &amp; Gash (2007) model is used as an analytical tool for this study with four main variables in collaboration, namely: Initial conditions, institutional design, facilitative leadership, and collaboration processes. The results of this study indicate that the Lampung Animal, Fish, and Plant Quarantine Agency has implemented Collaborative Governance with other government agencies, NGOs, the private sector, the expedition sector, and the community. The involvement of each sector is clearly visible in the field with the formation of a joint operations team that routinely patrols the Bakauheni port. There are inhibiting factors such as frequent overlap due to the lack of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during patrols and a lack of competent human resources for supervision.
