Membangun Partnership Pengelolaan Layanan Informasi Publik (Studi Kerja Sama Dinas Kominfo Provinsi Lampung dan Perum LKBN Antara)

Abstract

Public information services from the government are realized through by disseminated information. The Implementation of maximum disseminated information is not always be fulfilled by the government itself, but need to involvement from other parties both private or public. The concept of partnership is one of way to achieve a high bureaucratic efficiency. Therefore, Dinas Kominfotik Provinsi Lampung and Perum LKBN Antara are cooperating to carry out public informasition dissemination. The one of the success factors in a partnership is the stage of building partnership itself. Therefore this study will discuss about the stages of building partnerships as: initiation, preparation, structuring, integration, implementation of partnerships, maintenance of partnerships, and interaction between actors. With a descriptive qualitative research method, this research will discuss obout detail of the stages building a partnership between Dinas Kominfotik Provinsi Lampung and Perum LKBN Antara
