Penanggulangan Pra Bencana Alam Tsunami di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan dalam Perspektif Collaborative Governance

Abstract

Natural disasters are one of the many public problems that disturb society, because of the impact that can cause a variety of damage and loss of life. Pre-disaster efforts must be maximized to minimize the impact of natural disasters. South Lampung Regency is an area that is prone to natural disasters, especially tsunami natural disasters. The tsunami disaster that occurred on December 22, 2018 in South Lampung District, left a concern for the community of the threat of a future tsunami disaster. Collaborative efforts will greatly help to maximize pre tsunami disaster efforts in South Lampung Regency in accordance with the concept of collaborative governance that is currently developing in governance. Kolaborasi dalam upaya pra bencana alam tsunami telah dilakukan, mulai dari kesiapan anggaran, ketersediaan sarana prasarana dan sumber daya manusia, upaya kesiapsiagaan dan upaya mitigasi. Disaster actors such as the South Lampung BPBD, South Lampung Social Service, the community and business institutions have collaborated to make pre-disaster efforts to anticipate and prepare for the threat of a tsunami that can occur at any time in South Lampung Regency.
